After school drop in is supervised, unstructured time at HYC for youth to play groups games, make friends and access positive role models. Members can access our gym, computer room, craft corner, free arcade games, climbing wall and much more. Healthy snacks and a fitness break are provided daily.

PROGRAM FEES: $40 per person (Plus Yearly memberships cost $20 per person or $45 per family of 3 or more children)

Transportation is offered for a fee of $40 per youth per school year. Members must pre-register for transportation services.

Mondays 3:30 – 6:00 PM, Ages 6 – 12 years
Fridays 2:30 – 6:00 PM, Ages 6 – 12 years
Program is offered September through June
Drop In is not offered on statutory holidays or days when school is not in session.

The following programs will run as a part of After School Drop In. Members do not have to pre-register for these programs. Activities for each program will be posted that week and youth can choose to participate or continue other drop in activities.

Mondays

• Craft Corner: Discover new artistic talents and make cool crafts to take home for your friends and family. (Sept - June)
• Craft supplies are generously donated by TD Canada Trust 

Fridays

• Sportsation: Try new physical activities and develop fundamental movements for a variety of sports. Eg floor hockey, badminton,  soccer, kick boxing, volleyball and yoga (offered Sept - June)
