Boys Fit and Girls Fit are programs that provide the opportunity to 'try out' physical activities. The programs increase confidence; physical activity levels and provides some basic skills to participate in activities that are available in our community.

Boys Fit is offered to BOYS ONLY, ages 10 - 14

Girls Fit is offered to GIRLS ONLY, ages 10 - 14.

Boys Fit and Girls Fit are offered jointly by Heartland Youth Center, Alberta Health Services, CARS and other community groups.

Both programs are generously sponsored by KidSport Stettler, a ParticipACTION Teen Challenge grant, and Wells Furniture

Girls Fit and Boys Fit will be offered in the Spring of 2017. Boys Fit will run April 5 - May 24 on Wednesdays from 4 - 5pm Girls Fit will run April 6 - May 25 on Thursdays from 4 - 5pm. Ask our staff for more information.
